Recent state and local solicitations under this code show purchasing activity centered on hook and loop materials for tactical and operational use — including adhesive-backed strips, rolls, and pre-cut patches in industrial-grade and heavy-duty specifications. Issuing bodies span state departments, county facilities management offices, municipal public works and emergency services, independent school districts, and transit authorities; the breadth of buyer types reflects the broad applicability of hook and loop fasteners across operations ranging from vehicle fleet modification to facility signage and equipment labeling.

The source provided contains no records of recent state and local contract opportunities under UNSPSC 11162114. Without posted solicitations, geographic concentration and representative recent opportunities cannot be characterized. Firms evaluating this code should monitor state procurement portals and cooperative purchasing systems for activity; the lack of visible recent opportunities may indicate either infrequent demand, purchasing through blanket orders or term agreements, or use of higher-tier family codes in opportunity notices.
