UNSPSC 11101505: Sulphur

UNSPSC 11101505 Sulphur is a Commodity code that nominally covers elemental sulphur and sulphur compounds, but recent state and local solicitations tagged under this code show minimal relevant procurement activity. The Fort Worth RFP for structural steel, aluminum, iron, and rebar (due July 23, 2026) does not involve sulphur; the Sourcewell cooperative RFP for law enforcement equipment serves Washington and Minnesota jurisdictions but is unrelated to the commodity; and the City of DeBary irrigation project involves equipment and construction services. None of these opportunities align with sulphur procurement.

The available records provide no evidence of active state and local procurement under the sulphur commodity code. The issuing bodies represented in the source material — the City of Fort Worth (Texas), Sourcewell (Minnesota), and the City of DeBary (Florida) — are pursuing materials and services wholly outside the sulphur classification. Firms monitoring this code should expect sparse activity unless records show sulphur-specific solicitations from state departments of transportation, water utilities, or industrial municipalities using sulphur in water treatment, agricultural applications, or manufacturing processes. At present, the code shows no decision-relevant recent opportunities.
