UNSPSC 10441612: Dried cut red mini or spray carnation

Dried cut bloom of the red mini or spray variety of carnations

UNSPSC 10441612 Dried cut red mini or spray carnation is a Commodity code, but the recent state and local opportunities posted under this taxonomy do not reflect the purchase of dried floral products. The two most recent solicitations show a significant mismatch: Pinellas County (Florida) is seeking environmental planting, monitoring, reporting, and maintenance services for wetlands and stormwater management sites over a five-year period, while Columbus Consolidated Government (Georgia) is procuring general arts, craft, hobby, and recreational supplies for Parks and Recreation divisions on an as-needed annual basis totaling $30,000 to $50,000. Neither opportunity involves dried cut carnations or related floral goods. The code appears to see minimal or no relevant recent procurement activity among state and local issuers.

The geographic spread reflected in available records covers Florida and Georgia, but these opportunities are tagged to the carnation code without representing actual demand for the commodity. No repeat issuing bodies or pattern of concentrated purchasing emerges from the source. Absent evidence of substantive dried carnation procurement under this code in the state and local market, pursuit is not supported by current activity signals.
