UNSPSC 10431700: Dried cut cremon disbud chrysanthemums

Dried cut blooms of cremon disbud chrysanthemums

UNSPSC 10431700 Dried cut cremon disbud chrysanthemums is a Class code that in recent state and local solicitations appears misaligned with the actual work being procured. The two recent opportunities tagged to this code involve environmental planting and monitoring services (Pinellas County, Florida) and arts and craft supplies for parks and recreation (Columbus Consolidated Government, Georgia) — neither of which involves dried chrysanthemums or cut flowers as a commodity. The code shows little relevant recent activity; the opportunities on record do not reflect procurement of the product the code nominally describes.

Pinellas County posted an RFP in February 2026 (due July 29, 2025) for environmental planting, monitoring, reporting, and maintenance services across a five-year contract period, requiring native plant installation and invasive species removal at wetland and stormwater sites with specific environmental certifications. Columbus Consolidated Government issued an RFB in February 2026 (due February 25, 2026) for arts and craft and recreational supplies to support the Department of Parks and Recreation, with an expected annual volume of $30,000 to $50,000 across multiple divisions. Neither solicitation aligns with procurement of dried cut flowers. Absent evidence of genuine state and local demand for dried chrysanthemums under this code, the code appears to carry limited relevance for vendors in the floral or horticulture supply space.
