UNSPSC 10431617: Dried cut elite yellow pompon chrysanthemum

Dried cut bloom of the elite yellow variety of pompon chrysanthemum flowers

UNSPSC 10431617 Dried cut elite yellow pompon chrysanthemum is a Commodity code that does not align with recent state and local procurement activity posted under this designation. The two most recent opportunities tagged to this code involve environmental planting and maintenance services (Pinellas County, Florida) and arts and craft supplies (Columbus Consolidated Government, Georgia) — neither of which involves dried cut chrysanthemums or floral products. The code's nominal scope (a specific ornamental flower product) diverges sharply from what is actually being solicited, signaling either miscoding by issuing bodies or dormant demand for this particular commodity in the state and local market.

No recent state and local opportunities for dried cut elite yellow pompon chrysanthemums appear in the available record. The two opportunities posted under this code code address unrelated categories—environmental restoration contracting and general craft and hobby supplies procurement—and do not represent genuine demand for the product the code nominates. Activity under this code warrants watching rather than pursuing until issuing bodies post solicitations that match the commodity's actual scope.
