UNSPSC 10425302: Dried cut leafless pepperberry flower

Dried cut bloom of leafless pepperberry variety of flowers

UNSPSC 10425302 Dried cut leafless pepperberry flower is a Commodity code that sees minimal recent activity in state and local procurement. The two most recent opportunities posted under this code—one from Pinellas County, Florida (environmental planting and maintenance services) and one from Columbus Consolidated Government, Georgia (arts and craft supplies)—bear no meaningful relationship to dried pepperberry flowers or horticultural commodity procurement. The code appears to be a misclassification artifact in these solicitations, with state and local buyers using it to tag work that falls outside the nominal scope of botanical inputs or decorative dried botanicals.

The geographic spread and issuing-body mix cannot be meaningfully characterized from the available opportunities, as the recent postings do not reflect genuine demand under this code. Pinellas County (Florida) and Columbus Consolidated Government (Georgia) are the only jurisdictions surfacing in the recent-opportunities block, but neither is soliciting dried pepperberry flowers or related botanical products. State and local governments show no discernible recent procurement activity for dried cut leafless pepperberry flowers at the commodity level.
