UNSPSC 10424000: Dried cut gaillardias

Dried cut blooms of gaillardias

UNSPSC 10424000 Dried cut gaillardias is a Class code with no recent state and local procurement activity directly aligned with the purchase of dried cut flowers or gaillardias specifically. The two most recent opportunities posted under this code—an environmental planting, monitoring, and maintenance services contract from Pinellas County and an arts and craft supplies procurement from Columbus Consolidated Government—bear no meaningful relation to the code's stated scope. The environmental services solicitation centers on invasive plant removal, native plant installation, wetland ecosystem management, and regulatory compliance monitoring across stormwater ponds and natural areas; the arts and craft supplies request covers general recreational and hobby materials for parks and recreation programming. Neither involves procurement of cut gaillardias or dried floral products, suggesting a classification mismatch rather than genuine market activity under the code.

State and local jurisdictions do not appear to be soliciting dried cut gaillardias as a procurement category at this time. Bidding professionals should treat this code as inactive for current pursuit purposes and monitor whether future state and local opportunities better align with the dried floral commodity itself.
