UNSPSC 10415479: Dried cut ot red dutch lily

Dried cut bloom of the ot red dutch variety of lilies

UNSPSC 10415479 Dried cut or red dutch lily is a Commodity code that shows minimal alignment between its nominal scope and recent state and local solicitation activity. The two recent opportunities posted under this code involve environmental planting and monitoring services (Pinellas County, Florida) and arts and craft supplies for parks and recreation (Columbus Consolidated Government, Georgia) — neither of which represents procurement of dried cut lilies or floricultural products. State and local government activity under this code does not support a coherent market signal for dried cut lily sourcing at present.

The mismatch between the code's product definition and actual posted opportunities indicates either miscoding by the issuing bodies or a code assignment that does not reflect current procurement practice. No recent solicitations explicitly name dried cut lilies as a deliverable or line item. Absent additional opportunities properly coded to this Commodity, pursue and watch activities should be based on contact with specific state or local purchasing offices known to conduct environmental restoration (such as Pinellas County Environmental Services) or parks operations, rather than on the code's posted history alone.
