UNSPSC 10415100: Dried cut larkspurs

Dried cut bloom of larkspurs

UNSPSC 10415100 Dried cut larkspurs is a Class code with minimal relevant recent state and local procurement activity. The code nominally describes a specific dried floral product, yet the two most recent opportunities posted under this code do not involve larkspurs or dried cut flowers at all. Pinellas County, Florida solicited environmental planting, monitoring, reporting, and maintenance services—including invasive plant removal, native plant installation, and wetland ecology work—under an RFP released in June 2025. Columbus Consolidated Government in Georgia issued a Request for Bids for arts, craft, hobby, and recreational supplies to support its Parks and Recreation Department's after-school and community programs. Neither solicitation aligns with the code's stated scope of dried cut larkspurs.

The geographic spread is limited to Florida and Georgia based on recent postings, with no evidence of broader state or local demand for dried cut larkspurs themselves. The misalignment between the UNSPSC code designation and the actual work being procured suggests either a data classification error at the source or that this code carries minimal purchasing volume in the state and local market. Firms evaluating this code should verify whether state and local buyers actually source dried cut larkspurs as a commodity, as current evidence does not support active procurement under this code's intended scope.
