UNSPSC 10413108: Dried cut hybrid pink delphinium

Dried cut bloom of the hybrid pink variety of delphiniums

UNSPSC 10413108 Dried cut hybrid pink delphinium is a Commodity code that names a single ornamental flower product, yet recent state and local solicitations tagged under this code do not actually procure dried cut delphiniums. The two recent opportunities show no relevant activity: Pinellas County's Environmental Planting, Monitoring, Reporting and Maintenance Services RFP (due July 29, 2025) solicits native plant installation and invasive species removal across wetlands and stormwater sites, a scope disconnected from cut-flower supply; Columbus Consolidated Government's arts and craft supplies RFB (due February 25, 2026) targets hobby and recreational materials for parks departments, again unrelated to dried delphinium products. The code shows little relevant recent activity in state and local procurement.

The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the solicitations tagged under it suggests either tagging error or misalignment between procurement classification practice and actual buying patterns in these jurisdictions. Business development professionals should not rely on this code as a signal of state and local demand for dried cut hybrid pink delphinium products. Monitor whether future opportunities under this code reflect its actual commodity scope or continue to tag unrelated environmental and recreational supply work.
