UNSPSC 10402865: Dried cut santa barbara spray rose

Dried cut bloom of the santa barbara spray variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402865 Dried cut Santa Barbara spray rose is a Commodity code that nominally refers to preserved floral materials, but the recent state and local procurement activity tagged under it does not match this scope. Fulton County, Georgia's October 2026 ITB for landscape maintenance services at the South Fulton Maintenance and Operational Demonstration Garden—covering quarterly upkeep of pollinator and rain gardens, selective pruning, mulching, irrigation system management, seasonal plantings, and integrated pest management—bears no relationship to dried cut flowers. The code shows little relevant recent activity; the single posted opportunity appears to be a taxonomy mislabeling by the issuing jurisdiction rather than genuine procurement demand for the commodity itself.

State and local governments pursuing dried cut Santa Barbara spray rose for events, décor, or institutional use would need to source opportunities through venues and codes aligned with fresh or preserved floral procurement, not landscape services. Business development professionals evaluating this code should verify whether state and local buying patterns actually exist under the correct commodity classification before allocating pursuit resources.
