UNSPSC 10402781: Dried cut yellow sunset rose

Dried cut bloom of the yellow sunset variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402781 Dried cut yellow sunset rose is a Commodity code that sees minimal relevant state and local procurement activity. The two most recent opportunities posted under this code show little connection to the actual product category — dried cut flowers. The first, from Pinellas County, Florida, solicits environmental planting, monitoring, and invasive plant removal services tied to wetland restoration and native ecosystem management; the second, from Columbus Consolidated Government's Parks and Recreation Department, seeks arts, craft, hobby, and recreational supplies for after-school and community recreation programs. Neither procurement reflects demand for dried cut yellow sunset roses or related floristry products.

The geographic and issuing-body spread reflected in these records spans Florida (Pinellas County) and Georgia (Columbus), but the misalignment between the code designation and the actual work being solicited indicates that state and local buyers are not actively using this Commodity code to source dried cut flowers. No representative recent opportunities for the product line itself are present in the source material, and no pattern of repeat buyers or sustained procurement activity under this code emerges from recent state and local RFP, RFQ, IFB, or ITB notices.
