UNSPSC 10402768: Dried cut star ambiance rose

Dried cut bloom of the star ambiance variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402768 Dried cut star ambiance rose is a Commodity code with minimal recent state and local procurement activity directly aligned to its nominal scope. The two recent opportunities tagged under this code diverge significantly from dried floral products: Pinellas County's environmental planting, monitoring, reporting, and maintenance services RFP focuses on invasive plant removal, native plant installation, wetland ecology, and site restoration across multiple mitigation and stormwater sites; Columbus Consolidated Government's arts and craft supplies RFB seeks discounted hobby and recreational materials for parks and recreation programming. Neither solicitation involves dried cut flowers or ambient floral décor products. The code shows limited use among state and local buyers for its stated commodity class, and the recent opportunities suggest either miscoding or sparse procurement demand for dried star-shaped ambiance roses specifically.

No recent opportunities in the source reflect actual procurement of dried cut star ambiance roses or closely related floral products by state and local jurisdictions. The environmental services and arts supplies solicitations represent category misalignment rather than genuine demand signals under this code. Geographic representation is limited to Florida and Georgia based on the two tagged opportunities, but neither represents a reliable indicator of where dried floral procurement occurs in the state and local market. Business development professionals should verify whether this code accurately reflects their product scope and consider whether state and local buyers source these items through general office supplies, decorative materials, or event services categories instead.
