UNSPSC 10402735: Dried cut gran dorado rose

Dried cut bloom of the gran dorado variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402735 Dried cut gran dorado rose is a Commodity code that shows minimal alignment with recent state and local procurement activity. The two opportunities posted under this code in early 2026 do not reflect purchases of dried floral materials; instead, they document environmental planting and maintenance services (Pinellas County, Florida) and arts and craft supplies (Columbus Consolidated Government, Georgia). The code's nominal scope—dried cut flowers—does not match what state and local buyers are actually requesting under this tag.

Pinellas County issued an RFP on June 30, 2025 (due July 29, 2025) for Environmental Planting, Monitoring, Reporting and Maintenance Services covering a five-year period, targeting invasive plant removal, native plant installation, and wetland monitoring at specific sites including McMullen Booth Stormwater Pond and Eagle Lake Park. Columbus Consolidated Government's Finance Department posted an RFB on February 4, 2026 (due February 25, 2026) for arts and craft and recreational supplies supporting the Department of Parks and Recreation, with an estimated annual spend of $30,000 to $50,000. Neither opportunity involves dried floral products. The code appears to be either misapplied in the state and local taxonomy or sees no active relevant procurement volume at this tier.
