UNSPSC 10402478: Dried cut wisdom rose

Dried cut bloom of the wisdom variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402478 Dried cut wisdom rose is a Commodity code with minimal recent state and local procurement activity. The single recent opportunity in the record—Fulton County, Georgia's ITB 26ITB1652296A-KM for landscape maintenance services at the South Fulton Maintenance and Operational Demonstration Garden—bears no apparent connection to dried cut flowers or wisdom roses. The work being solicited involves quarterly maintenance of pollinator and rain gardens, including native plant care, mulching, irrigation system management, pressure washing, seasonal plantings, and wildlife habitat installation (bat boxes and bird houses). The county requires a Georgia-licensed Landscape Architect on staff and demonstrates procurement intent around water-efficient landscaping and integrated pest management. This represents grounds and facility maintenance work rather than florist supplies or dried botanicals.

Fulton County, Georgia is the sole issuing body appearing in recent opportunities under this code. The ITB closed on November 30, 2026, with a pre-bid conference on November 4 and a recommended site visit on November 10. The contract runs from Notice to Proceed through December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals subject to Board of Commissioners approval. MBE certification availability stands at 34.71% and FBE at 11.45% for the construction work category. The code shows no activity outside Georgia in the recent record and no repeat solicitation patterns that would suggest a material state and local procurement stream under the nominal commodity category.
