UNSPSC 10402442: Dried cut madame delbard or carola rose

Dried cut bloom of the madame delbard or carola variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402442 Dried cut madame delbard or carola rose is a Commodity code that shows minimal recent state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The single recent opportunity in the source relates to landscape maintenance services for demonstration gardens rather than the purchase or supply of dried cut roses, indicating a taxonomic mismatch between the code designation and actual work being solicited.

Fulton County, Georgia posted ITB 26ITB1652296A-KM on October 16, 2026, seeking landscape maintenance services for the South Fulton Maintenance and Operational Demonstration Garden with bids due November 30, 2026. The scope covers quarterly maintenance of pollinator and rain gardens, including selective pruning, weeding, mulch application, pressure washing, seasonal plantings, integrated pest management, and irrigation system management over a contract term extending through December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals. The contractor must employ a Georgia-licensed Landscape Architect and demonstrate knowledge of water-efficient landscaping and wildlife habitat standards; site visit is recommended for November 10. This opportunity does not reflect procurement under the dried cut rose commodity code and suggests the code carries little active state and local contracting volume in its intended product category.
