UNSPSC 10402310: Dried cut bling bling rose

Dried cut bloom of the bling bling variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402310 Dried cut bling bling rose is a Commodity code that shows minimal alignment with actual state and local procurement activity. The recent opportunities posted under this code do not match the nominal product — one solicits environmental planting, monitoring, reporting, and maintenance services for wetlands and stormwater sites; the other seeks arts and craft and recreational supplies. Neither involves dried cut flowers or floral products of any kind. The code appears to reflect a classification mismatch rather than active procurement demand for the product it nominally describes.

State and local issuing bodies occasionally tag opportunities with codes that do not correspond to the work being bought. The two most recent opportunities under this code originate from Pinellas County, Florida (environmental services, RFP, due July 29, 2025) and Columbus Consolidated Government, Georgia (arts and craft supplies, RFB, due February 25, 2026). Neither solicitation involves dried cut flowers, suggesting that the code is either misapplied in the source data or sees little relevant procurement activity. Firms pursuing procurement under UNSPSC 10402310 should expect limited opportunity volume and verify code alignment with actual customer requirements before investing in pursuit strategy.
