UNSPSC 10402209: Dried cut dream rose

Dried cut bloom of the dream variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402209 Dried cut dream rose is a Commodity code that describes ornamental floral products, but the recent state and local procurement activity tagged under this code shows minimal relevance to dried flowers. Fulton County, Georgia issued an ITB (26ITB1652296A-KM) in October 2026 for landscape maintenance services at the South Fulton Maintenance and Operational Demonstration Garden, with work covering pollinator and rain gardens, native plantings, irrigation system management, and habitat installation (bat boxes, bird houses). The scope includes selective pruning, mulching, pressure washing, seasonal plantings in garden beds and urns, and quarterly site management — services that fall squarely within grounds maintenance rather than dried floral supply or installation. The code assignment appears misaligned with the actual work being procured.

Activity under this code in state and local procurement is not sufficiently documented in recent opportunities to characterize a reliable issuing-body mix, geographic spread, or pipeline. The single documented solicitation from Fulton County, Georgia (response due November 30, 2026) is grounds-management work, not floral products. Firms targeting UNSPSC 10402209 should verify code alignment with actual buying intent before pursuing opportunities, as the recent record suggests inconsistent or erroneous tagging in the state and local procurement system.
