UNSPSC 10402007: Dried cut duett rose

Dried cut bloom of the duett variety of rose

UNSPSC 10402007 Dried cut duett rose is a Commodity code with minimal recent state and local procurement activity. The two most recent opportunities posted under this code show a significant mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the work actually being solicited. Pinellas County's Environmental Planting, Monitoring, Reporting and Maintenance Services solicitation (RFP 250628RFP, due July 29, 2025) centers on invasive and exotic plant removal, native plant installation, wetland ecology, and environmental monitoring across stormwater facilities and surface water conveyances — environmental restoration services unrelated to dried cut flowers. Columbus Consolidated Government's arts and craft supplies procurement (RFB No. 26-0014, due February 25, 2026) targets recreational and hobby materials for parks and recreation departments, also unrelated to the dried cut duett rose commodity. The code shows little relevant recent activity tied to its actual product scope.

The geographic spread covers Florida (Pinellas County) and Georgia (Columbus), with no additional recent opportunities supporting consistent state or local demand for dried cut duett rose. Given the divergence between the code's name and the environmental and recreational services being solicited under it, this code does not appear to represent active procurement for the commodity it nominally describes in the state and local market.
