UNSPSC 10401719: Dried cut hollywood rose

Dried cut bloom of the hollywood variety of rose

UNSPSC 10401719 Dried cut hollywood rose is a Commodity code that does not align with recent state and local procurement activity. The single recent opportunity tagged under this code—Fulton County, Georgia's ITB 26ITB1652296A-KM for South Fulton Maintenance & Operational Demonstration Garden Landscape maintenance services (due November 30, 2026)—solicits landscape maintenance labor, mulch application, irrigation system management, and seasonal plantings for pollinator and rain gardens. The work involves pruning native plants, weeding, pressure washing, and habitat installation (bat boxes and bird houses) rather than procurement of dried cut flowers. No evidence in the source suggests state and local governments are actively purchasing dried cut hollywood roses under this code.

Fulton County, Georgia posted the single recent opportunity. The scope covers quarterly maintenance services at a 0.95-acre demonstration garden through December 31, 2027, with two optional one-year renewals, and requires bidders to employ a Georgia-licensed Landscape Architect, carry Professional E&O Liability insurance, and demonstrate compliance with Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and E-Verify. MBE and FBE availability rates are 34.71% and 11.45% respectively. The code shows no substantive recent activity in state and local procurement aligned with its nominal commodity scope.
