UNSPSC 10326021: Fresh cut cotinus coggygria

Fresh cut bloom of cotinus coggygria flowers

UNSPSC 10326021 Fresh cut cotinus coggygria, a Commodity code, shows no recent state and local procurement activity aligned with its nominal scope. The four most recent opportunities posted under this code — an educational supplies cooperative purchasing vehicle in Texas, IT infrastructure reconstruction for a Georgia county tennis facility, hanging flower basket design and maintenance in New Mexico, and plant purchases by the City of Dallas — involve garden ornamentals, educational products, and technology infrastructure that fall outside the specific botanical category named in the code.

The mismatch between code designation and actual solicitation scope limits the relevance of these records for vendors in the fresh cut cotinus coggygria market. The City of Dallas posted an IFS for plants (February 3, 2026 due date) and Los Alamos County posted an RFP for hanging flower baskets with a nursery dealer license requirement (due June 4, 2026), but neither solicitation specifies the smoke bush genus or indicates whether fresh cut material is part of the procurement. The absence of recent opportunities explicitly soliciting fresh cut cotinus coggygria suggests that this specific commodity either carries minimal state and local procurement volume, is being purchased under different codes, or is bundled into broader horticultural or landscaping contracts that do not break out the species level in their taxonomy assignments.
