UNSPSC 10315200: Fresh cut leptos

Fresh cut blooms of leptos

UNSPSC 10315200 Fresh cut leptos, a Class code, encompasses plants and related landscaping materials that state and local governments purchase for public grounds maintenance, streetscape beautification, and facility operations. Recent solicitations show a mix of fresh plant procurement (cut flowers, ornamental plants) and ongoing plant-supply and maintenance contracts. The issuing bodies span city parks and recreation divisions, county procurement offices, and regional education service centers operating cooperative purchasing vehicles for member school districts.

Activity under the code centers in Texas and the Southwest. The City of Dallas posted an IFS for plant purchases in January 2026 with a February 3 due date; Los Alamos County issued an RFP for design, installation, and maintenance of up to 144 hanging flower baskets, with proposals due June 4, 2026, awarding by July 14, 2026; and Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative in Texas (serving multiple school districts through its education service center) posted a catalog discount-bid solicitation EDACT2628 for educational activities and supplies on June 15, 2026, with bids due July 30, 2026 and an estimated two-year expenditure of $40.677 billion. A fourth opportunity posted by DeKalb County, Georgia in June 2026 for tennis-center reconstruction does not align with the code's plant-procurement scope and appears to be a mislabeling of IT and low-voltage infrastructure work. The geographic footprint remains limited; Texas and New Mexico dominate recent activity.
