UNSPSC 10313702: Fresh cut assyriaca fritillaria

Fresh cut bloom of the assyriaca variety of fritillarias

UNSPSC 10313702 Fresh cut assyriaca fritillaria is a Commodity code that nominally denotes a specific ornamental plant species, but recent state and local solicitation activity shows no procurement under this code's intended scope. The most recent opportunities tagged to this code span educational supplies aggregation, IT infrastructure installation, horticultural services, and general plant purchasing — none of which involve assyriaca fritillaria or fresh cut flowers as a discrete commodity. The mismatch suggests either miscoding in the source systems or that state and local governments are not currently procuring this plant species as a line item.

The four recent opportunities in the record originate from Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative (a Texas education service center cooperative), DeKalb County Georgia, Los Alamos County New Mexico, and the City of Dallas Texas. Responses were due between early February and late July 2026. No activity appears in other states or under repeat buyers for this specific code. Given the absence of relevant recent solicitations and the clear divergence between the code's nominal commodity and the work actually being tagged to it, this code does not represent an active procurement pathway for fresh cut flowers or related floral products under its stated definition.
