UNSPSC 10302768: Fresh cut star ambiance rose

Fresh cut bloom of the star ambiance variety of rose

UNSPSC 10302768 Fresh cut star ambiance rose (Commodity) shows minimal recent activity aligned to its nominal scope. The solicitations tagged under this code span educational supplies catalogs, IT infrastructure reconstruction, municipal flower basket programs, and general plant purchases — none of which center on fresh-cut floral product procurement in the conventional sense. State and local governments do procure flowers and plants through various departments and service centers, but the recent postings suggest the code as currently applied does not reliably capture fresh-cut rose demand or that such demand is not generating substantial competitive solicitation activity at the state and local level right now.

The mix of recent issuers includes a regional education service center (Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative in Texas), a county parks division (Los Alamos County, New Mexico), a city procurement office (Dallas), and a county transportation or facilities department (DeKalb County, Georgia). Geographic activity appears scattered across Texas, Georgia, and New Mexico with no discernible concentration. Representative opportunities include Los Alamos County's RFP for hanging flower basket design and maintenance (due June 4, 2026), Dallas's informal solicitation for plants with a one-year warranty requirement (due February 3, 2026), and a catalog discount bid through Region 7 for broad educational supplies including unspecified products (due July 30, 2026). The code as currently deployed does not map cleanly to fresh-cut rose procurement workflows in recent state and local activity.
