UNSPSC 10302353: Fresh cut lovely dreams rose

Fresh cut bloom of the lovely dreams variety of rose

UNSPSC 10302353 Fresh cut lovely dreams rose is a Commodity code that does not reflect the work actually being solicited under it in recent state and local opportunities. The code's nominal scope (fresh cut roses) does not match the educational supplies, infrastructure installation, landscaping services, and plant procurement that recent postings describe. The source shows a mismatch between the code assignment and the solicitations tagged to it, signaling that this code sees little relevant recent activity aligned with its intended scope.

The recent opportunities posted under this code span educational service centers, county parks and recreation divisions, and city procurement offices, but none involve fresh cut roses or floral commodity purchasing. Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative (a Texas education service center) posted a catalog discount bid for educational activities and supplies due July 30, 2026; Los Alamos County posted an RFP for design, installation, and maintenance of hanging flower baskets due June 4, 2026; and the City of Dallas posted an IFB for plant purchase due February 3, 2026. These solicitations address different commodity categories and services than the code's stated purpose, suggesting that the code assignment may reflect a tagging error rather than genuine procurement activity in fresh cut florals at the state and local level.
