UNSPSC 10301946: Fresh cut romantic antike or antique rose

Fresh cut bloom of the romantic antike or antique variety of rose

UNSPSC 10301946 Fresh cut romantic antike or antique rose is a Commodity code that shows minimal recent activity aligned with its nominal scope. The four most recent state and local opportunities posted under this code include one educational supplies cooperative purchasing catalog discount bid, one IT and low voltage infrastructure reconstruction project for a tennis center, one hanging flower basket design and maintenance RFP, and one general plant purchase solicitation—only the last two of which involve horticultural products, and neither names roses or cut flowers as a primary deliverable. The code does not currently reflect meaningful procurement activity for fresh cut antique rose flowers at the state or local level based on available recent postings.

The geographic spread across recent opportunities spans Texas (Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative), Georgia (DeKalb County), New Mexico (Los Alamos County), and Texas again (City of Dallas), but the mismatch between the code's designated commodity and the work actually being solicited suggests either miscoding of these opportunities or a code in use primarily for broader horticultural or general supply purposes rather than specialty cut flowers. No dedicated, repeated rose procurement activity appears in the recent solicitation record under this code.
