UNSPSC 10252302: Live rhamsey oncidium orchid

Live plant including the root ball of the rhamsey oncidium orchids

UNSPSC 10252302 Live rhamsey oncidium orchid (Commodity) shows no meaningful recent activity aligned with its nominal scope. The five state and local opportunities posted between January and June 2026 and tagged under this code involve IT and low-voltage infrastructure installation at a tennis center in Georgia, landscape and irrigation systems along a roadway median in Florida, coastal dune restoration plantings in Florida, environmental planting and wetland management services in Florida, and general plant purchases by the City of Dallas—none of which concern orchids or rhamsey oncidium species. The mismatch between the code's definition and the actual work being solicited suggests either a systematic tagging error in the procurement system or a code that does not reflect current state and local buying patterns.

The geographic footprint spans Florida (three opportunities from Pasco County, Collier County, and Pinellas County), Georgia (DeKalb County), and Texas (City of Dallas), with most recent activity concentrated in Florida counties managing coastal restoration, environmental remediation, and general landscape services. Issuing bodies include county boards of commissioners, county innovation and technology departments, and city procurement offices. Absent the mismatch between code definition and solicitation scope, the activity does not support a pursue decision for vendors specializing in live orchid supply or horticultural services aligned with the code's nominal product line.
