UNSPSC 10221902: Live silver king artemesia

Live plant including the root ball of silver king variety of artemesias

UNSPSC 10221902 Live silver king artemesia, a Commodity code, shows no relevant recent activity in state and local procurement. The five most recent opportunities tagged under this code—a DeKalb County, Georgia IT infrastructure rebuild for a tennis center; a Pasco County, Florida landscape and irrigation installation along a county road; a Collier County, Florida coastal dune planting restoration; a Pinellas County, Florida five-year environmental planting and maintenance contract; and a Dallas, Texas plant purchase—involve general landscaping, coastal dune stabilization, environmental restoration, and routine plant procurement, none of which center on live silver king artemesia as a distinct product line or specification.

The mismatch between the code's nominal commodity scope and the actual work described across these solicitations suggests either systematic miscoding by the issuing bodies or that live silver king artemesia appears as an incidental material within broader landscaping or ecological restoration scopes rather than as a primary line item. No solicitation names silver king artemesia by species, pricing, or quantity. Firms pursuing landscaping and ecological restoration work in Florida and Texas should monitor the broader landscaping and horticultural family codes rather than rely on activity under this commodity code as a lead indicator.
