UNSPSC 10216204: Live coral supreme peony

Live plant including the root ball of the coral supreme variety of peony

UNSPSC 10216204 Live coral supreme peony is a Commodity code that does not map to state and local government procurement activity in the recent opportunities record. The five most recent opportunities tagged to this code involve IT and low-voltage infrastructure reconstruction (DeKalb County, Georgia), landscape and irrigation installation along a county road (Pasco County, Florida), coastal dune restoration planting (Collier County, Florida), environmental site remediation and native plant installation (Pinellas County, Florida), and generic plant purchases (City of Dallas, Texas). None of these solicitations concern ornamental peony specimens or similar specialty flora; the code appears to have been applied in error or as a catch-all tag for plant-related procurements that fall outside its intended scope.

The mismatch between the code's nominal commodity (live coral supreme peony) and the actual work being procured suggests that state and local jurisdictions are not actively buying this specific product category. Business development professionals should treat this code as inactive for state and local pursuit unless field intelligence indicates that specific agencies have begun purchasing under it.
