UNSPSC 10215423: Live easter lily

Live plant including the root ball of the easter variety of lilies

UNSPSC 10215423 Live easter lily is a Commodity code that does not align with the recent state and local procurement activity tagged under it. The most recent opportunities posted under this code include IT and low voltage infrastructure reconstruction at a Georgia tennis center, landscaping and irrigation installation along a Florida county road, coastal dune restoration planting in Florida, environmental wetland and stormwater site management across a five-year Florida contract, and general plant procurement by the City of Dallas — none of which involve easter lilies or Easter-specific floral products. The code shows little relevant recent activity, and the solicitations appear to reflect a cataloging or tagging error rather than actual demand for live easter lily products in state and local procurement.

No representative opportunities for live easter lily procurement are present in the recent activity. The geographic and issuing-body patterns in the dataset reflect misfiled or unrelated work: Pasco County and Collier County in Florida, Pinellas County in Florida, DeKalb County in Georgia, and the City of Dallas in Texas have posted solicitations, but none seek easter lilies. Business development professionals evaluating this code should treat it as inactive for procurement purposes and verify the correct UNSPSC category if easter lily or seasonal floral products are the target market.
