UNSPSC 10202882: Live twinkle bride spray rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the twinkle bride spray variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202882 Live twinkle bride spray rose bush (Commodity) does not see meaningful state and local procurement activity aligned with the code's nominal scope. The recent opportunities tagged under this code involve IT and low-voltage infrastructure for a tennis center reconstruction in DeKalb County, Georgia; landscaping and irrigation installation along a county road in Pasco County, Florida; coastal dune plantings using native species in Collier County, Florida; environmental planting and wetland restoration services across Pinellas County, Florida; and general plant purchases by the City of Dallas, Texas. Only the Dallas procurement—a straightforward invitation for new, unopened plants in original packaging—appears tangentially related to horticultural goods; the others address site-level landscaping, ecological restoration, and infrastructure work that fall outside the specific commodity designation for a single cultivar of floral product.

The geographic spread of these opportunities spans Florida (DeKalb, Pasco, Collier, and Pinellas counties) and Texas (Dallas), with no concentration suggesting active demand for the specific product. The issuing bodies are county governments and a city procurement office, with no repeat buyers under this code visible in the recent record. Because the nominal code definition (live twinkle bride spray rose bushes) does not align with the actual work being solicited—which ranges from IT infrastructure and large-scale landscape restoration to generic plant procurement—this code shows little relevant recent activity for firms specializing in floral nursery products or cut-flower commodity supply to state and local buyers.
