UNSPSC 10202865: Live santa barbara spray rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the santa barbara spray variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202865 Live Santa Barbara spray rose bush, a Commodity code, does not map to meaningful recent state and local procurement activity in the available opportunities. Two of the three recent postings — the DeKalb County tennis center IT infrastructure rebuild and the Pasco County landscape and irrigation construction on Little Road — involve broader landscape, construction, and technology work unrelated to the purchase of live rose bushes as a discrete product line. Only the City of Altamonte Springs ITB 26-085-KY for nursery plants and products aligns nominally with the code's scope, but that solicitation covers a broad range of landscaping plants including annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees across four product groups on an as-needed basis, rather than targeting Santa Barbara spray roses specifically.

The Altamonte Springs ITB, due July 29, 2026, invited bids on multiple plant categories with estimated annual volumes ranging from 30 to 2,500 units depending on product type, with delivery to two Florida zip codes within 15 to 30 days and contract terms of one year plus four optional one-year renewals. The sourcing pattern suggests Florida municipalities procure landscaping plants as mixed commodity bundles rather than as single-sku rose varieties. The code shows minimal recent activity specifically targeting live Santa Barbara spray rose bushes as a standalone procurement category from state and local buyers.
