UNSPSC 10202858: Live ritmo spray rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the ritmo spray variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202858 Live ritmo spray rose bush is a Commodity code used by state and local governments to procure ornamental landscape plants for public grounds maintenance and capital improvement projects. Recent state and local solicitations show that this code tags nursery plants and landscape materials — annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees — purchased on an as-needed basis by city procurement offices and county departments for median reconstruction, grounds beautification, and park improvement work. Issuing bodies include city governments (Altamonte Springs), county boards of commissioners (Pasco County), and county departments overseeing public infrastructure (DeKalb County), typically using ITB and IFB notice types for competitive procurement of landscape materials and installation services.

Recent opportunities span Florida and Georgia. The City of Altamonte Springs issued ITB 26-085-KY in August 2026 for landscaping plants and products including annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees on an as-needed basis with bids due July 29, 2026, structured by product group with awards to the lowest-cost responsive bidder, a one-year initial term with four one-year renewal options, and required insurance including $1 million Commercial General Liability. Pasco County Board of County Commissioners posted IFB KM27004 in September 2026 for median landscape and irrigation construction Phase II along approximately 9 miles of Little Road between Ridge Road and US 19, with bids due October 6, 2026, encompassing landscape design, planting, and irrigation system installation. A third posting by DeKalb County in June 2026 for tennis center reconstruction appears to tag IT infrastructure work unrelated to landscape plant procurement, signaling potential code-tagging mismatches in this commodity's recent activity.
