UNSPSC 10202770: Live sun king rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the sun king variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202770 Live sun king rose bush is a Commodity code. Recent state and local solicitations tagged to this code diverge sharply from its botanical scope. The three posted opportunities span median landscape and irrigation construction (Pasco County, Florida), nursery plant and product procurement on an as-needed basis (City of Altamonte Springs, Florida), and information technology infrastructure installation (DeKalb County, Georgia). Only the first two relate meaningfully to plant material; the DeKalb County tennis center project is plainly unrelated to live plant procurement. The code sees activity from county boards of commissioners, municipal procurement divisions, and county departments, with recent postings concentrated in Florida.

Recent opportunities in Florida dominate the visible activity. Pasco County Board of County Commissioners posted IFB IFBKM27004 for median landscape and irrigation construction Phase II along approximately 9 miles of Little Road on September 2, 2026, with bids due October 6, 2026. The City of Altamonte Springs, Florida posted ITB 26-085-KY for nursery plants and products (annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees) on an as-needed basis on August 24, 2026, with bids due July 29, 2026; this contract commenced October 1, 2026 for an initial one-year term with options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, and required proof of Florida Sunbiz registration, current Business Tax Receipt, Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and compliance with Florida's Scrutinized List verification. The code shows limited recent activity overall, and classification accuracy appears inconsistent across the posted records.
