UNSPSC 10202610: Live bianca rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the bianca variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202610 Live bianca rose bush is a Commodity code that captures state and local procurement of ornamental nursery plants for landscape and median construction projects. The code shows activity in landscape construction and grounds maintenance contexts where municipalities and counties source plant material alongside irrigation and site preparation work. Recent opportunities indicate state and local governments buy bianca rose bushes and related landscape plants as part of broader median reconstruction, landscape beautification, and grounds-maintenance contracts rather than as standalone nursery product orders. Issuing bodies include county boards of commissioners and municipal procurement offices sourcing plants on an as-needed basis for public grounds and transportation corridor improvements.

Geographic activity centers on Florida, where Pasco County and the City of Altamonte Springs posted opportunities in the past two months. Pasco County Board of County Commissioners issued IFB IFBKM27004 on September 2, 2026 for Little Road Medians Phase II landscape and irrigation construction spanning 9 miles, with bids due October 6, 2026. The City of Altamonte Springs issued ITB 26-085-KY on August 24, 2026 for nursery plants and products on an as-needed, when-needed basis with a one-year initial term and four optional one-year renewals, bids due July 29, 2026. The scope under the Altamonte Springs ITB includes annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees sourced by product group with pricing based on percentage-off discounts from published catalog prices plus flat delivery fees. A third opportunity posted in June 2026 — DeKalb County's ITB 2026-076 for DeKalb Tennis Center reconstruction — appears unrelated to the bianca rose bush code, as it addresses IT and low-voltage infrastructure rather than nursery plant procurement.
