UNSPSC 10202442: Live madame delbard or carola rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the madame delbard or carola variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202442 Live madame delbard or carola rose bush, a Commodity code, nominally describes a single ornamental plant variety, yet recent state and local opportunities tag the code for broad landscaping plant procurement on an as-needed basis. The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Altamonte Springs, Florida have solicited under this code for landscape materials and planting services spanning multiple plant types, seeds, trees, and irrigation infrastructure — work that extends well beyond a single rose bush cultivar into general grounds maintenance and capital improvement projects. Counties and municipalities in Florida drive the visible activity, purchasing through ITBs and IFBs on recurring or project-specific schedules.

Recent opportunities center in Florida. The City of Altamonte Springs issued ITB 26085KY on August 24, 2026 (due July 29, 2026) for an as-needed, when-needed nursery plant and products contract covering annuals, potted plants, plugs, grass seeds, and trees across four product groups, with contract commencement on October 1, 2026 and an initial one-year term renewable for four additional one-year periods. Pasco County Board of County Commissioners posted IFB KM27004 on September 2, 2026 (due October 6, 2026) for Little Road Medians Phase II landscape and irrigation construction spanning approximately 9 miles, including landscape design, planting, and irrigation system installation. A third posting from DeKalb County, Georgia (ITB 2026-076-ITB, posted June 9, 2026, due July 13, 2026) for DeKalb Tennis Center reconstruction nominally tagged this code but addressed IT and low-voltage infrastructure — plainly outside the code's botanical scope and suggesting inconsistent code assignment at point of posting.
