UNSPSC 10202431: Live grand prix rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the grand prix variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202431 Live grand prix rose bush (Commodity) shows minimal alignment between the code's nominal scope and recent state and local procurement activity. The five recent opportunities posted since January 2026 span IT and low-voltage infrastructure installation, landscape and irrigation system design and installation, coastal dune restoration plantings, environmental site mitigation and monitoring services, and general plant procurement—none of which target live grand prix rose bushes or rose-specific ornamental sourcing. The issuing bodies comprise county departments (DeKalb County, Georgia; Pasco County, Florida; Collier County, Florida; Pinellas County, Florida) and the City of Dallas, with no repeat buyers identified under this code in the recent record.

Geographic activity centers on Florida and Texas. Representative solicitations include Pasco County's IFB for landscape and irrigation installation on Ridge Road (due April 14, 2026, contract value $120,000), Collier County's Quick Quote process for coastal dune planting supply and installation (due March 13, 2026), Pinellas County's five-year RFP for environmental planting, monitoring, and maintenance services (due July 29, 2025), and the City of Dallas's informal solicitation for plant purchases (due February 3, 2026). The code appears to receive minimal relevant recent activity; the opportunities tagged to it involve landscape and ecological restoration work at a scope and scale substantially different from ornamental rose sourcing. A business development professional evaluating this code should verify whether the recent tagging reflects genuine demand for live grand prix rose bushes or represents misclassification by issuing offices.
