UNSPSC 10202366: Live paula rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the paula variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202366 Live paula rose bush is a Commodity code that covers ornamental shrubs and plants for landscape installation and maintenance. State and local governments solicit under this code for median beautification projects, landscape supply contracts, and grounds-maintenance plant materials. The issuing bodies span county governments, municipal procurement offices, and special-purpose districts; recent activity shows Pasco County and the City of Altamonte Springs as purchasers. Work being solicited includes live plantings for roadway median construction, as-needed nursery plant supply on standing contracts, and related landscape installation labor.

Geographic activity appears concentrated in Florida, where two of three recent opportunities originated. Pasco County Board of County Commissioners issued IFB IFBKM27004 in September 2026 for landscape and irrigation construction Phase II along approximately 9 miles of Little Road median between Ridge Road and US 19, with bids due October 6, 2026. The City of Altamonte Springs, Florida issued re-bid ITB 26085KY in August 2026 for nursery plants and products on an as-needed, when-needed basis covering plugs, trees, three-gallon potted plants, and grass seed, with bids due July 29, 2026; the contract commences October 1, 2026 for an initial one-year term with four optional one-year renewals. A third opportunity—DeKalb County's ITB 2026-076-ITB for tennis center reconstruction in Decatur, Georgia—appears unrelated to live plant materials and does not represent relevant activity under this code.
