UNSPSC 10202206: Live carpe diem rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the carpe diem variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202206 Live carpe diem rose bush (Commodity) sees minimal relevant state and local procurement activity. The recent opportunities tagged under this code do not involve rose bushes or ornamental plants generally; instead, they cover IT infrastructure installation, landscape and irrigation design for roadways, coastal dune restoration with native plantings, environmental remediation and native plant establishment, and a city purchase of generic plants without species specification. The mismatch between the code's narrow nominal scope and the actual work being solicited indicates that this Commodity code does not align with current state and local buying patterns or that issuers are misclassifying their procurements when tagging opportunities.

No recent state and local opportunities for live carpe diem rose bushes are present in the source. The code shows no geographic concentration, repeat buyers, or representative recent solicitations that actually procure the product. State and local governments in the recent record are buying landscape installation services, environmental restoration, generic plant materials, and IT infrastructure — none of which directly align with rose-bush procurement.
