UNSPSC 10202154: Live milva rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the milva variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202154 Live milva rose bush (Commodity) shows little relevant recent activity under this code. The recent opportunities tagged to it span IT infrastructure installation, landscape and irrigation systems, coastal dune plantings with native species, environmental restoration services, and general plant procurement—none of which center on live milva rose bush supply or installation as a distinct line item. The mismatch between the code's nominal scope and the work actually being solicited suggests that state and local procurement offices are applying this Commodity code inconsistently or that live milva rose bush is not a material procurement category in current state and local contracting activity.

The opportunities that do appear span Florida counties (Pasco, Collier, Pinellas) and Texas (Dallas), with issuing bodies including county boards of commissioners, county services divisions, and city purchasing offices. The few examples present are IFBs for landscaping and irrigation projects, a Quick Quote for dune restoration plantings, an RFP for five-year environmental restoration services, and an informal solicitation for general plant purchase; none isolate live milva rose bush as a procurement driver. Given the absence of direct opportunities under this code and the categorical mismatch of tagged solicitations, pursuit of this Commodity code is not recommended at this time.
