UNSPSC 10202127: Live euforia rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the euforia variety of rose

UNSPSC 10202127 Live euforia rose bush is a Commodity code that nominally names a single ornamental plant species, but recent state and local solicitations tagged under it span a wider range of landscaping plants and related landscape construction services. State and local governments are soliciting live plants — annuals, perennials, potted stock, plugs, trees, and grass seed — primarily on an as-needed basis for municipal grounds maintenance, park development, and median beautification. The work includes both procurement of nursery stock and, in some cases, full landscape design, installation, and irrigation system construction. Issuing bodies include county boards of commissioners, city procurement offices, and county parks departments, reflecting typical municipal grounds and capital-projects purchasing patterns.

Activity in the code's recent opportunities is geographically concentrated in Florida, with the City of Altamonte Springs (Brevard County area) and Pasco County both posting solicitations in August and September 2026. The Pasco County Board of County Commissioners issued ITB IFBKM27004 for Little Road Medians Phase II landscape and irrigation construction spanning 9 miles, with bids due October 6, 2026. The City of Altamonte Springs issued ITB 26085KY on an as-needed basis for nursery plants and products — annuals, plugs, trees, and grass seed in four product groups — with bids due July 29, 2026 and a contract term commencing October 1, 2026 for an initial one year with four optional one-year renewals. One additional recent opportunity (DeKalb County, Georgia, ITB 2026-076) appears to have been tagged under this code in error; it concerns IT and low-voltage infrastructure for a tennis center reconstruction and has no connection to live plant procurement.
