UNSPSC 10201743: Live trump rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the trump variety of rose

UNSPSC 10201743 Live trump rose bush is a Commodity code that captures ornamental plant procurement, primarily flowering shrubs and specialty landscape vegetation used in public median work and municipal beautification projects. State and local governments acquire these plants—typically in containerized form ready for installation—for highway median plantings, municipal parks, recreation facilities, and public grounds maintenance. The issuing bodies include county boards of commissioners, municipal procurement divisions, and special-purpose recreation authorities, with purchases structured as as-needed, when-needed standing contracts or project-specific construction bids that bundle plant procurement with design, installation, and irrigation work.

Recent activity appears concentrated in Florida, where Pasco County Board of County Commissioners posted an IFB for median landscape and irrigation construction Phase II along Little Road (response due October 6, 2026) and the City of Altamonte Springs issued an ITB for nursery plants and products re-bid (posted August 24, 2026, with bids due July 29, 2026) structured as a when-needed supply contract for four product groups—plugs, trees, plants, and grass seed—with delivery to zip codes 32701 and 32714 within 15 to 30 days and an anticipated one-year initial term with four optional one-year renewals. A third opportunity from DeKalb County, Georgia (posted June 9, 2026) tagged under this code but scoped to IT and low-voltage infrastructure installation for a tennis center reconstruction appears unrelated to live plant procurement, indicating potential classification misalignment in the source data. The code shows modest recent state and local activity with a Florida-centric footprint in the current procurement cycle.
