UNSPSC 10201726: Live lemon dream rose bush

Live bush including the roots of the lemon dream variety of rose

UNSPSC 10201726 Live lemon dream rose bush is a Commodity code that shows no meaningful alignment with the recent state and local procurement activity tagged under it. The recent opportunities on record span IT and low-voltage infrastructure installation (DeKalb County, Georgia), landscape and irrigation systems installation (Pasco County, Florida), coastal dune restoration with native plant species (Collier County, Florida), environmental planting and wetland management services (Pinellas County, Florida), and generic plant purchasing (City of Dallas, Texas). None of these solicitations concern live lemon dream rose bushes as a distinct product line; the code appears to have been misapplied to opportunities involving broad landscaping, environmental restoration, and horticultural procurement categories that fall outside the narrow scope of a single ornamental species.

The recent opportunities reveal issuing bodies spanning county departments, special-purpose districts, and city procurement offices across Florida, Georgia, and Texas, with activity concentrated in Florida counties managing coastal restoration, stormwater infrastructure, and environmental mitigation projects. Given the mismatch between the code's nominal commodity and the actual work being solicited, practitioners should treat this code as inactive for rose-bush procurement and verify the correct UNSPSC classification for any planting or landscaping work under consideration. No actionable opportunities exist under this code as currently applied.
