UNSPSC 10101515: Armadillos

UNSPSC 10101515 Armadillos is a Commodity code with minimal recent state and local procurement activity aligned to its nominal scope. The three most recent opportunities posted under this code show little to no connection to armadillo procurement. The Williamson County Purchasing Department posting is a facility relocation notice containing no procurement scope. The City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department RFP (2025RFP0456) solicits operation and maintenance of an equestrian center arena facility. The City of Waco posting (RFP2024047) seeks a governance study and financial analysis for Cameron Park Zoo. None of these represent armadillo-related goods or services. State and local jurisdictions have not posted substantive armadillo procurement opportunities in the recent window captured by this dataset.

The geographic spread of the limited postings spans California and Texas, though these opportunities are misaligned to the code's taxonomy. No issuing bodies emerge as repeat buyers under this code in the recent period. Business development professionals should treat this code as inactive for state and local procurement purposes unless future solicitations demonstrate a meaningful shift toward actual armadillo acquisition or related services. The current posting mix suggests either a data-tagging error in the state and local procurement system or genuinely dormant demand under this commodity classification.
