REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This not a request for quotes; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 San Juan, Puerto Rico is currently conducting a market survey for potential small business qualified firms capable of providing the personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, management services necessary to perform Fuel Storage Tanks System Testing, Maintenance and Repair Services which comprises a combination of underground storage tanks (UST) and aboveground storage tanks (AST). The services are for a total of 43 tanks located toughout the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) facilities in Puerto Rico. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380 Testing Laboratories, and Product Service Code (PSC) is H954 Other QC/Test/Inspect Prefabricated Structures and Scaffolding. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), DUNS Number, address, point of contact and examples of similar facilities to which similar services have been provided to.
