INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7 located in Tucker, GA intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to the University of South Carolina (USC), School of Medicine (SOM) Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy, Cardiothoracic Surgical Research Program, Biochemistry and Cell Biology Laboratory located in Columbia, SC 29208. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR Part 13. A Limited Sources Justification has been prepared.
