NIGP 88364: Recycled Voice Response Systems, Accessories and Supplies

NIGP 88364 Recycled Voice Response Systems, Accessories And Supplies is an Item code covering refurbished or remanufactured voice response equipment and related components sold to state and local buyers. State and local governments procure this code when upgrading or replacing voice response infrastructure—phone systems, automated attendants, IVR platforms, and associated hardware and accessories—through established vendor catalogs and discount arrangements. School districts, regional purchasing cooperatives, and other state and local entities issue RFPs and catalog-discount bids under this code to lock in volume pricing on network systems and supplies, including voice response components, from qualified vendors over multi-year contract periods.

Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative, serving Texas school districts and member organizations, issued the most recent solicitation on this code: NET2223, an RFP for a Catalog Discount Bid on Network Systems & Supplies with a due date of July 26, 2022, and estimated expenditures of $6,437,531 over a one-year contract term (August 18, 2022 through August 18, 2023). The prior award cycle attracted 36 respondents. Vendors were evaluated on discount depth, payment terms, shipping arrangements, and compliance with cooperative standard conditions. The cooperative purchasing model allows member districts to leverage collective buying power rather than issuing individual RFQs.
