NIGP 61657: List Finders, Rolodex, Telephone Strips, and Accessories, Environmentally Certified Products

NIGP 61657 List Finders, Rolodex, Telephone Strips, and Accessories, Environmentally Certified Products is an Item code covering office organizational tools and contact-management accessories manufactured or certified to meet environmental standards. State and local governments procure under this code indexing systems (Rolodex-style card files), list finders (tabbed dividers and page markers), telephone strips (adhesive or clip-on contact lists for desk phones), and related desk accessories when purchased with an environmental certification requirement—products that typically carry eco-labels, use recycled materials, or meet sustainable sourcing standards. Issuing bodies include county purchasing offices, city procurement bureaus, and school districts procuring supplies for administrative and clerical operations, often as part of broader office-supply or sustainability initiatives.

No recent state and local contract opportunities appear in the available records for this Item code. The narrow scope—environmentally certified organizational office accessories—and the commodity nature of the products likely result in most procurement activity flowing through cooperative purchasing vehicles, standing office-supply contracts, or blanket purchases rather than discrete solicitations posted as RFP, RFQ, IFB, or ITB notices.
