NIGP 25553: Recycled Decals and Stamps

NIGP 25553 Recycled Decals and Stamps is an Item code under which state and local governments procure educational decals, stamps, and related printed materials for classroom use and administrative functions. Recent solicitation activity shows that school districts and education service centers source these items primarily through cooperative purchasing vehicles that bundle educational supplies into catalog discount agreements. The work involves supplying standardized, recycled decals and stamps in bulk quantities at volume-discounted rates, with vendors evaluated on pricing, payment terms, shipping arrangements, and compliance with standing purchase-order acceptance requirements.

Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative, a Texas education service center, posted EDACT2628 on June 15, 2026—a catalog discount bid for educational activities and supplies with a response deadline of July 30, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. The solicitation covers a two-year contract term running from August 20, 2026 through August 20, 2028, with estimated total expenditures of $40.677 billion across the cooperative's network of school districts and member entities. The presence of 136 previous awards indicates this is a renewal of an existing cooperative purchasing agreement. Vendors must submit bids electronically through the Region 7 Purchasing Cooperative website; evaluation will weigh discounts offered, net payment terms, free shipping, and exclusions alongside compliance with standard terms and conditions.
