NIGP 24555: Milk Dispenser Can Tubes

NIGP 24555 Milk Dispenser Can Tubes, an Item code, covers replacement and supply tubes for milk dispensing equipment used in institutional food service operations — primarily school cafeterias, childcare facilities, and institutional kitchens that rely on bulk milk dispensers. State and local governments procure these as consumable supplies to maintain existing milk service infrastructure, typically as part of broader food service supply contracts or standalone commodity buys through purchasing cooperatives.

The code sees activity across school districts and state education departments as primary issuing bodies, with occasional participation from county parks and recreation departments and municipal facilities management offices. Geographic spread and recent solicitation activity are not supported by available records; no recent state or local contract opportunities under this code are documented in the source materials.
